Terms & Conditions

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services and may use the Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to create an account or book a session. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Services and for any activity under your account. Use a strong password that is not reused on other services. Mediums Hub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

All booking times are shown and locked to Eastern Time (America/Toronto). A booking is held for up to 10 minutes to complete payment; unpaid holds expire and the time slot is released.

Cancellations or reschedules made outside the cancellation threshold shown at checkout receive a full refund automatically. Cancellations inside the threshold forfeit payment or subscription hours. No-shows — where the smart lock is never accessed during the booking window — still consume subscription hours.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, and the total payable — including any applicable fees and taxes — is itemized before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your access PIN is personal and valid only during your booked window. Sharing your PIN or entering outside your window is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

Treat the space and its equipment with care. A 10-minute overstay grace period applies; overstays past the grace period, damage, and no-shows are logged and may affect future access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mediums Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you have a concern or dispute relating to the Services, please contact us first at Office@mediumshub.ca so we can try to resolve it before you pursue any other remedy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the most current version on this page. By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
